Information for Teachers About Paul Kropp
Paul Kropp is the popular author of more than 50 books for young people as well as non-fiction books and articles for parents. With his wife, Lori Jamison, he has just completed a book on writing for teachers entitled The Write Genre. 
As a fiction writer for young people, Paul Kropp's work includes six award-winning young adult novels, many high-action novels for reluctant readers and four funny books for younger children. His most recent young-adult novel is called The Countess and Me (Fitzhenry and Whiteside).
Mr. Kropp is best known for his parent and teacher resource book How to Make Your Child a Reader for Life (originally called The Reading Solution). This book is available in two editions: one for Canadians from Random House Canada and one for Americans from Doubleday / Broadway in New York. Mr. Kropp has also written two other non-fiction books on parenting issues: The School Solution and I'll be the Parent, You be the Kid.
Currently, Paul Kropp is writing new Series Canada novels, published by HIP Books, and his editorial team is working on a number of editorial projects, including the Mr. Dressup books for the CBC.
